Corpus Christi Catholic School in Holland has been awarded a grant to support early childhood programs.
The $10,000 grant from Ready for School provides tuition for up to ten 4-year-olds to attend preschool four days a week during the 2017-18 school year.
The grant continues a strong partnership. Ready for School has partnered with Corpus Christi for the past eight years on individual scholarships and on Corpus Christi's St. Francis Preschool classroom.
"We were confident that Ready for School shared our mission," said Corpus Christi Catholic School principal Joanne Swan Jones. "We are thrilled to be selected."
"Your preschool director and teachers provide such a welcoming environment to families from many walks of life," wrote Ready for School social innovations officer Megan Koops-Fisher to the Corpus Christi Catholic School board.
