Young students interview assistant superintendent on “First Grade Wonders” podcast

students interviewing the Assistant Superintendent

Some of the littlest students at St. Stephen Catholic School in East Grand Rapids produce a podcast called “First Grade Wonders.” They interview special guests and ask questions they’ve been thinking about. It's a chance to practice public speaking and technology skills.

A recent episode features Jill Annable, assistant superintendent for curriculum, instruction, and technology integration at Catholic schools in the Diocese of Grand Rapids.  As the first graders learned, Assistant Superintendent Annable helps more than 400 teachers deliver a faith-filled, academically excellent education across our 31 schools. Listen at this link.

Previous “First Grade Wonders” episodes have featured Cindy Thomas, St. Stephen principal, as well as first graders’ thoughts on topics like school, Mass, and the future. Previous episodes can be found here.
